Our Resources
Human Resources
Our professional expertise is built around the prevention and early non-surgical management of hearing difficulties in all age groups. Our team therefore comprises well-trained individuals in hearing aid technology and electronics under the overall supervision of an internationally reputed audiological physician. The centre maintains an excellent referral system for patients who require surgical intervention based on a constantly updated database of leading Ear, Nose and Throat surgeons in sub-Saharan Africa, Europe and USA. We have also recently acquired first-class resources to support infants fitted with cochlear implants.

Hearing Evaluation
High-tech instruments for objective hearing screening and diagnosis including otoacoustic emissions testing, auditory brainstem response, tympanometry and behavioural audiometry.
Ear mould Laboratory
In-house modern laboratory for producing customised ear moulds, completely in the ear hearing aids and noise plugs.
Hearing Aid Evaluation and Fitting
Custom software-based programmes and algorithms for hearing aid fitting and fine-tuning
Repair Laboratory
Full repair and maintenance services exclusively for hearing aids dispensed at the Centre
